Teams that already got started: training that didn't stick, initiatives stalled halfway, every team doing things its own way... I've been through all of it and I know how to fix it. Now it's time to build foundations that scale.
I'm a practicing Senior Software Engineer specializing in Agentic AI. I see these problems daily at the multinational company where I work alongside hundreds of engineers, and where I've helped solve them. The workshop puts those practical solutions in your hands. I also specialize in Claude Code: I use it and write about it every day.
A menu, not a fixed syllabus
On the call we pick the priorities. The workshop goes deep on them to build something real, not to stay in theory.
- 01 Get the whole team working from the same playbook with agentic AI, instead of everyone doing their own thing.
- 02 Bring agents into your CI: PR review and deploy pipelines that cut the time to production.
- 03 Stop rebuilding the same thing on every project, with a shareable, reusable internal catalog of skills, agents and plugins.
- 04 Get humans and agents working on the same large codebase without stepping on each other.
- 05 Move from reviewing everything by hand to supervising only what matters: from human in the loop to human above the loop.
- 06 Manage the Claude platform with confidence, for both admins and engineers.
- 07 Separate what works in production from the plausible-sounding theory influencers sell.
- 08 Give non-technical roles access to inference: product managers, designers or data teams working with agents, with clear access and limits.
- 09 A clear map of the Claude platform: Code, Cowork, web, API, who each piece is for and how they all work together.
- 10 Understand what can be parallelized across agents and what can't when designing your workflows.
- 11 Build on evergreen concepts: a structure that survives each week's dramatic changes instead of being wedded to whatever technique is trending.
- 12 And, in general... saving you and your team months of trial and error and frustration.
Any team can multiply its output with AI. Multiplying it without quality sinking is another story. The workshop builds the second: speed with control.
The hype sells speed. In production, with money, ROI and KPIs on the line, you want just the opposite: as much determinism as possible in a probabilistic scenario. And that gets built little by little, it depends on your context and your team, and it doesn't come from a tutorial or a YouTube video.
And let's be clear: parallelizing is for agents, not for humans. Our brains aren't built for multitasking, and that isn't changing in three years. Agents are built to parallelize; you are built to orchestrate. It's a big difference.
How it works
-
01
We talk and you tell me where your team stands today.
-
02
We pick the priorities for the workshop.
-
03
The workshop itself: 6 to 8 hours online, with the team working on your real context.
-
04
You walk away with the theoretical and practical foundations defined and working, plus a methodology to collaborate and grow.
What comes out of the workshop
Not a talk you forget within a week: a theoretical and practical foundation built on your focus areas, one the whole team understands and owns, working from day one and ready to scale.
Let's talk about your team.
Let's schedule a call so you can tell me where you are. We'll pick the focus areas and I'll tell you whether the workshop is a fit. If it isn't, believe me, I'll tell you that too.
