Agentic AI consulting for companies

Your processes, agentified.

I assess how your team works, pick the processes one or several agents can run and build them with you. Along the way they get refactored and, almost always, simplified.

How billing works

A base rate for my time, the rest tied to agreed KPIs

Format

Online, in phases, each with a deliverable

Scope

Diagnosis, plan, build and training

Who this is for

CTOs and leads at mid-size and large companies with processes that already exist, work, and cost too much human time: reviews, approvals, reports, internal support, documentation, repetitive operations nobody wants to do and nobody dares to touch.

What to agentify

Six starting points. We begin where it hurts most: a team has its own homeostasis, it rejects all-or-nothing changes and absorbs surgical ones. One process at a time, measured before moving to the next.

  1. 01 Reviews and approvals: documents, infrastructure or information that passes through several hands before moving forward today.
  2. 02 Repetitive operations (reports, migrations, audits, cleanup) that eat team hours today.
  3. 03 Orchestration: several agents in a loop over a whole process, from intake to delivery, with a person supervising from above.
  4. 04 Governance: permissions, limits and a record of every action, so leadership knows what each agent does and why.
  5. 05 Internal support: the usual questions (HR, IT, procedures) answered by an agent that knows your documentation.
  6. 06 And whatever comes out of the diagnosis: every team has its favorite absurd process.
The promise

I charge on results that can be measured. We agree the KPIs before starting; if they don't move, the variable part is not charged.

How it works

  1. 01

We talk. I meet with the leads until I understand how the team works and where the time goes.

  2. 02

A proposal with a phased implementation plan, starting where it hurts most, and the KPIs we will measure.

  3. 03

We build with the team, on your infrastructure, with training on what was built.

  4. 04

We measure. What goes up stays; what doesn't goes back to the plan and gets adjusted. Then we measure again.

Today, one person does every task in the process.

All of them, first to last. Over and over.

We talk. Not every task needs a person.

Some are repetitive. Others need judgment.

Plan: what goes to an agent and what we measure.

The KPIs are agreed before anything gets built.

We build it on your infrastructure.

One or several agents run the repetitive tasks.

The person steps out of the loop and supervises it from above.

No longer running each step: deciding and approving.

We measure.

Against the KPIs agreed at the start.

No improvement? Back to the plan, and we adjust.

Each round fixes what fails.

It improves? It stays. And we measure again.

The process keeps running, with the person above it.

What comes out of this

Processes a person used to do and one or several agents now run under supervision, simpler than before, documented and measured. And a team that can maintain and extend them without me.

Next step

Let's talk about your processes.

Let's schedule a call so you can tell me how you work. I'll tell you what I would agentify first and whether it's a fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
